Thank you Ka Mate Nga Kiore!

The Bluff Hill Motupohue Environment Trust would like to acknowledge the overwhelming generosity of Ka Mate Nga Kiore Incorporated. Our chairperson Estelle Leask met with Morrie Trow today and was handed a cheque for close to $20,000! This generous donation will go towards the purchase of 80 new self-setting rat and stoat traps. These traps will be deployed throughout our precious titi colonies, this will also help protect other coastal and forest species.
Words cannot express our gratitude!
On behalf of the BHMET trustees and volunteers, thank you to Morrie, Robert, Tammy and the other members of the Titi Islands Committee and Ka Mate Nga Kiore (Death to the Rat) Incorporated!
